INVESTMENT TYPE AND COSTS

Participants can choose from two pathways to obtain citizenship through the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program:

OPTION 1

DONATION TO THE NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION FUND (NTF)

Securing Grenada citizenship through a non-refundable contribution to the National Transformation Fund, with the donation amount determined by the number and ages of applicants.

  • Single Applicant up to a Family of Four 235,000 USD
  • Each Additional Child 25,000 USD
  • Each Additional Parent/Grandparent 50,000 USD
  • Each Additional Sibling 75,000 USD

OPTION 2

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IN GOVERNMENT-APPROVED PROJECTS

Making an investment in a government-approved real estate development, such as freehold property with title deed, hotel shares, fractional ownership, or land parcels.

  • Share In An Approved Project (Must hold for 5 years) 270,000 USD
GOVERNMENT FEES

In addition to the purchase of real estate, there are Government fees to be paid.

  • Single Applicant up to a Family of Four 50,000 USD
  • Each Additional Child 25,000 USD
  • Each Additional Parent/Grandparent 50,000 USD

Other Costs

In addition to the required investment, there are other costs for the Grenadian citizenship program, which are Civigrant Interest professional fees, documents certifications when applicable, courier fees, and other small disbursements. DUE DILIGENCE & BACKGROUND CHECKS

Applicable to all options

To maintain the program's credibility, the government requires mandatory background verification performed by a designated due diligence agency. These investigations utilize multiple international and domestic sources, including Interpol, World-Check, and other governmental databases.

    Initial Steps and Fees

    Civigrant Interest (CI) will pre-screen your passport to initiate the application process and down payment for professional fees are payable to start your application.


    The team at CI will help you collect the necessary documents. Once your file is complete and ready for submission, you must pay the Government Processing Fees, Due Diligence Fees, and CI submission invoice. CI will submit the application on your behalf.

    Government Processing and Due Diligence

    After completing the necessary background checks, the due diligence agency will generate a report for the Government to carry out their evaluation. The Government will then determine the outcome of your Grenada Citizenship based on this assessment. If the Government approves your application, CI will invite you to make the required donation or investment to complete the process.

    Citizenship Certificates and Passports

    After your Citizenship Certificate and passport are issued, at this stage the remaining balance of CI’s professional fee will be payable. You can collect them from our office or we can courier them to your country of residence.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

The documents listed below are simply guidelines. Once we review your case, we will provide a specific list of documents based on your situation. Civigrant Interest appoints a document specialist to work on the required paperwork and Government application forms.

  • Certified copies of all passports held.
  • Certified copies of identity documents/books or cards.
  • Proof of residential address.
  • Personal Information (Form 1).
  • Fingerprints (Form 2).
  • Passport Application Form.
  • Oath of Allegiance Form.
  • Twelve passport-size photos.
  • Certified copies of university/college diplomas.
  • Particulars for the Office of home affairs (Form 3).
  • Medical (Form 4).
  • Original HIV test results (for applicants aged 12 or older).
  • An original excerpt of the complete birth record or certified copy of the full birth certificate with MOFA attestation.
  • Police Records from the country of birth, citizenship, and residence (if different) for applicants aged 17 or older.

  • Approved project sales document (real estate option only).
  • Investment Confirmation (Form 6).
  • Proof of Source of Funds.

Financial and Employment Information:

  • Employment status, wealth, and business affiliates (Form 5).
  • One original bank reference letter from an internationally recognised bank, not older than 6 months.
  • Original 12 months bank statements.
  • One original professional reference, not older than 6 months.
  • One original Employment letter.

Personal and Legal Documents:

  • Detailed business background reports/resume/CV.
  • Original excerpt of marriage record or certified copy of marriage certificates with MOFA attestation (if applicable).
  • Certified copy of divorce documents with MOFA attestation (if applicable).
