In addition to the contribution, the following application fees apply.
Invest in approved government real estate projects, which may include freehold properties with title deeds, hotel shares, fractional ownership, or land parcels. The investment and government fees are due upon citizenship approval.
The property can only be resold once by the original purchaser after 7 years of ownership.
In addition to the purchase of real estate, there are Government fees to be paid.
To include dependent children in the application, they must be unmarried and under the age of 25, enrolled in full-time education. Children over 25 years old must submit a separate application.
Background verification is mandatory and charged by the government to maintain the integrity of St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment program. The government appoints a designated due diligence firm, which conducts checks using multiple international and local databases, including Interpol, World-Check, and other governmental agencies.
Documents including passports, birth certificates, and financial statements must be provided as part of the verification process, and the firm thoroughly reviews each applicant's background to ensure they are of good character and do not pose any risk to St. Kitts and Nevis security.
The verification fees are payable upon application submission.
A mandatory investor interview is required either virtually or in person. Civigrant Interest professional fees, official application forms, citizenship certification and passport issuance, courier services & other incidental expenses are the only additional costs involved. To initiate the application process, Civigrant Interest (CI) will conduct preliminary passport screening. Once your passport is approved and we confirm eligibility for submission, a professional fee deposit is required to begin the application.
During this phase, a CI documentation specialist will assist and guide you in gathering all necessary documents. Once your application package is complete and ready for submission, Government Processing Fees, Due Diligence Fees, and CI submission fees become payable. CI will submit your application on your behalf.
The Government engages a third-party verification firm. After conducting comprehensive background checks, a verification report is prepared by the firm and forwarded to the Government for final assessment. The outcome of this evaluation will determine the status of your Citizenship application. If approved, you will receive instructions to complete the required contribution or investment and finalize the process.
Upon issuance of your Citizenship Certificate and passport, the remaining balance of CI's professional fees will be payable.
